The software that runs on your CLIE handheld to run a task, such as the date book, directory or e-mail software, called "application". You must start an application when running your CLIE handheld.Standard screen Plam Os, you can see, with listing or small-icon. You can also choose to display a favorite category or application used your last screen appears when standard Palm OS.
Entering characters with a single strokeMost characters require only a single stroke. When you lift the stylus from the graffiti area, CLIE handheld you recognize and display the text character immediately. Lets you enter a character with a single stroke, some graffiti stroke is part of the regular alphabet equivalents.
Shutdown request
Only one application can be open and active time for your CLIE handheld. The function to save data is not required when you close an application. All work done while you are working on an application is stored, automatically when the application is closed. When you restart the application, the last saved data will appear automatically.
Dragging
Touch the desired item on the screen with the stylus and moves along the surface of the screen called "Drag." just like "drag" the mouse on your computer, use the stylus to "drag" scrollbar for scrolling or "drag" characters to the mark.
