The jumper is set to normal mode at the factory. Maintenance Menu This menu is used to clear passwords, to access the extended configuration sub menu, and to access processor information. Setup only displays this menu in the configure mode. See page 48 for information about setting the configure mode. To access this menu, select Maintenance on the menu bar at the top of the screenBIOS Beep Codes


The BIOS beep codes are listed in Table 33. The BIOS also issues a beep code (one long tone followed by two short tones) during POST if the video configuration fails (a faulty video card or no card installed) or if an external ROM module does not properly check sum to zero.
