Transmission service manual 1995 Volvo 850 Move lever to switch through all gears, while pausing 4-5 seconds to participate in each position. Return the gear lever in the "P" position. Wait 2 minutes and check the fluid level with the engine idling. Level should be between the MIN and MAX marks. Start the engine and let it idle.
